Every woman has her own way of connecting with the ocean. Some dive straight in, others take their time. Here, there’s no pressure, just space to explore at your own pace & depth. To breathe deeply, move freely, and find comfort in the rhythm of the water.
This freediving retreat aims to explore new forms of self-expression through under water dance and costume. Allowing the body to land in the new experiences & to soak it all in on at a deeper cellular level.
Surrounded by a group of like minded women, the experience becomes something even more special. A chance to reconnect—not just with the ocean, but with yourself.
