Welcome to the Apnea Art Freediving Community! Our Freedive Pool Induction is designed for both certified freedivers and absolute beginners. Cost is $75 in Cash or Bank Transfer For Certified Freedivers: We cover all essential safety protocols during our induction sessions, ensuring everyone understands the role of a safety diver. We'll explain why we train in the pool and how to do it safely, allowing you to maintain and progress your breath-hold skills over the training weeks. Once you complete the safety induction, you're welcome to join our weekly pool training sessions every Thursday from 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM for a fee of $20. For Absolute Beginners: Our induction also caters to those new to the world of freediving. We'll introduce you to basic freedive skills and provide guidance on training with fellow freedivers. Pool training offers a taste of freediving, helping you decide if it's the right activity for you. If you enjoy it, you have the option to join our freedive certification courses, which run every weekend.
